    WHERE HAVE I BEEN?

    I’ve been living.

    Working. Creating. Learning. Surviving. Loving. Losing. Growing.

    I’ve spent years being responsible for the things and people around me while quietly carrying dreams that never stopped calling me.

    I’ve worked a regular job while building extraordinary ideas in my head.

    I’ve written through heartbreak, questioned my purpose, wrestled with fear, taken care of people I love, made mistakes, started over, and learned myself along the way.

    None of that time was wasted.

    I wasn’t late. I was collecting material.

    Every version of me gave this version something to create with.

    So where have I been?

    Becoming.

     

    KC Roar is a love letter to Kansas City—its sound, culture, neighborhoods, teams, landmarks and the people who give the city its heartbeat.

    Created by Precious Neptoon, KC Roar captures the pride and energy of a city that knows how to show up, stand together and make itself heard. From both sides of the state line to every corner that calls KC home, this record was made to celebrate all of us.

    This isn’t just a song about Kansas City.

    It’s our city. Our energy. Our sound. Our ROAR.
